Amberly Craven serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for the PVJ Literacy Foundation, bringing more than a decade of experience in public education, student development, and educational leadership. Amberly is committed to expanding access to educational opportunities and helping learners develop the skills necessary to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

Amberly earned her Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Master's degree in Secondary Education. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Lamar University, further advancing her commitment to educational excellence and transformational leadership.

Throughout her career, Amberly has dedicated herself to equipping students with practical, lifelong skills that extend beyond traditional academics. Her work in Career and Technical Education has focused on preparing young people to become confident, capable, and career-ready individuals. As an educator and leader, she is passionate about fostering innovation, expanding opportunities for all learners, and building meaningful partnerships between schools, families, and communities.
